EVERY Tory MP now in leadership challenge

"...and now we move on to vote number 311..."

“…and now we move on to vote number 311…”

Every Tory MP has now put their name forward to become the next Tory leader.

The Tory party is a party of diversity. This has been demonstrated many times as members have been totally unable to agree on anything. It seems only natural, therefore, that the disagreement should spill over into the leadership contest.

Each MP has their own take on how to handle Brexit so that’s 330 ways of totally cocking-up the process.

To elect a leader, the Tory MPs vote in a series of rounds and the candidate with the least number of votes is eliminated each time.

With so many candidates it’s estimated that the leadership contest could take five years to complete.

That should give the other parties time to make a grab for government but don’t count on it.
